For any of our friends who have visited Jiquilillo, Nicaragua, you may know Marisella. She has been working at the lodge for 10 years. She is 34 years old and has two daughters ages 12 & 14 to support. Sadly, last week she developed a fever & loss of movement in her body - she has been in intensive care & diagnosed with meningitis & tuberculosis. We will continue to keep you updated about Marisella's condition. We are asking for emergency support for Marisella and her family.
